Meet Steve Feld
With over 30 years of senior-level experience in highly competitive industries, I have extensive expertise in change management, operations, business development, marketing, sales, HR, customer service, leadership, and finance. My passion lies in helping business owners survive and thrive in today’s challenging market.
I founded and owned seven high six-figure businesses and successfully operated three others, generating between $20 and $35 million in gross revenue. My career includes senior roles at three Fortune 500 companies, including COO/CFO for a large non-profit organization, Director of Global Merchandise for the Harlem Globetrotters, and General Manager of Rawhide, an 1880s Western theme town. Additionally, I am a black belt in karate and spent five years teaching martial arts. I have also authored nine books aimed at guiding small business owners and entrepreneurs.
My experiences have taught me that running a business alone is a heavy burden, often leading to stress and burnout. Many business owners wear too many hats, trying to handle everything themselves, which can quickly lead to exhaustion and diminishing returns. My mission is to help these entrepreneurs avoid that cycle by providing the strategic support they need to grow and sustain their businesses.
I’ve seen firsthand the value of coaching and collaboration. In one of my ventures, bringing in a coach allowed me to see my business from a new perspective, leading to a complete strategic overhaul that set me on a path to greater success. This experience reinforced my belief in the power of mentorship and strategic partnerships.

He knew that the coaches saw his strengths and weaknesses that he could not see. He knew his coaches would sometimes take him out of his comfort zone and push him so he could become an even greater basketball player. Like they say, “I want to be like Mike.”
